In addition, we are also proud creators of affordable housing under PMAY AHP (PPP). Our projects wrap around the nature, create employment and further progress in the city.
We have achieved 1.5 million square feet of landmark developments in Kolhapur across multiple sectors, including residential. This has been made possible by our strategic plans made with customers' priorities in mind. Over the next five years, we aim to add 1.5 million square feet more to our portfolio, by joining hands with several amazing customers and bountiful well wishers on this journey.
